When will I receive my order?

We focus on small batch artisanal production with local makers. Because of this, craftsmanship and processing time for standard orders typically take up to two weeks to ship.

Do you offer Express Shipping?

If you hope to wear your Kasia Kulenty purchase for a special occasion, and you require expedited delivery, please be sure to select “Express Shipping” at checkout and write an email as soon as possible indicating your order # and preferred delivery date to

Due to the nature of our handmade designs, we cannot guarantee delivery within 1-3 business days at this time. That said, we will work with you directly to prioritize your order, and do everything in our power to ensure you receive your order in time.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship worldwide via DHL and FedEx. All orders are packaged and shipped from our artisan studio in Mexico. Once your order has been shipped, you can track your package by the link provided in your shipping confirmation email. 

Kindly note that specific shipping restrictions do apply including, but not limited to, longer delivery times to certain areas. As we work with third-party shipping partners, KASIA KULENTY is not responsible for packages lost in transit, but will provide additional support to track and claim your purchases. If you are concerned about shipping to your region, please contact us.


What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as payment via our secure partners PayPal and AfterPay. If you are experiencing any trouble at checkout, we recommend first contacting your banking provider. If the issue persists, please contact us so that we can provide additional payment information. 

Do you charge any additional taxes, duties, etc.?

Duties, Taxes, and additional fees may vary depending on shipping location and are determined by your local customs authority. We cannot provide estimated charges, and recommend contacting your local customs office for additional information. KASIA KULENTY is not responsible for any applicable fees incurred &/or delays resulting from customs clearance. 

In the event of any complications with your order, our customer service department will be in contact with you via the email you provide at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to international shipping restrictions, if any.

In which currency will my purchase be charged?

All product pricing and payments via our online shop are reflected in USD. International payments will be charged in your local currency based on your country’s current exchange rate. 


Can I return my purchase?

As each garment is handmade and individually hand-dyed to order by local artisans, we currently only accept exchanges.

All exchanges are subject to review and must be returned as shipped, with tags on, and in perfect unworn condition, postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.

Please note that shipping and duties fees are non-refundable. 

We do not offer returns/exchanges on orders placed outside of the U.S. or Mexico at this time. 

All sale items and custom orders are FINAL SALE. 

How do I exchange my purchase?

In the event you are not completely elated with your items, please notify us as soon as possible so we can work together to find the perfect design, color, fit, etc. for you!

Once you decide on the product you would like in exchange for your purchase, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Once your return is reviewed and processed, we will ship your replacement item. Again, all exchanges are subject to meeting our quality control standards. KASIA KULENTY has the right to refuse any product that does not pass our internal review. 

I think I received a product with an irregularity. What should I do?

Each of our garments is quality tested by a rigorous inspection prior to shipping. Due to the fact that each of our designs is handmade to order by skilled artisans, some irregularities in color and detailing may occur and are part of the appeal of supporting hand-crafted slow fashion brands.. That said, if by the rare chance you feel you have received a faulty item please contact us immediately. 


What size am I?

Every Kasia Kulenty garment is designed unisize in order to celebrate size inclusivity. By utilizing the braided detailing in many possible variations, this ensures each design can be worn in a multitude of ways to create a diverse fit for many body types.

If you are interested in a specific style, and have additional questions regarding fit, please do not hesitate to contact us at so we can work together to find the perfect silhouette that works for you! 

Do you offer custom orders &/or special requests regarding color or tailor-made items?

It is our mission to ensure that all of our customers feel comfortable in our designs! Because of this we do offer minor adjustments, such as height, typically for no additional charge.

As each of our garments is individually dyed by hand, we can also provide certain products in other colorways available on our site. Please contact us with any special requests, and we will do our best to accommodate.

How do I style my purchase?

Check out our Instagram and highlighted stories for inspiration on how to wear and tie pieces from our handmade collections. Due to the unique design of our garments, you may not get it right the first time! We encourage all of our customers to play with the braids until you find your favorite way to wear your garment.

What are the care instructions for my KASIA KULENTY garment?

As each dress is made by hand we recommend that you care for them by hand as well! 

Gently wash separately in cold water and hang to dry. To reduce impact and preserve the texture of cotton, we highly recommend using gentle, natural, biodegradable detergents. 

Due to the handmade nature of our products please be aware that color transfer may occur. Avoid direct sunlight when drying. 

Once dry, you can twist and store your dress in the provided dust bag as it was delivered to accentuate the crinkled fabric effect. Steaming your dress will remove this effect, and we do not recommend it. Do not dry clean.
